Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden on both sides and cooked through (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to low, pour in heavy cream, and stir in Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and let it simmer for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with pasta, rice, or bread.
